Seniors

TringRugby field four senior teams on a regular basis, all competing within organised league structures.

The First team now plays in National 3 (London & South East) following a meteoric rise through the rugby pyramid, from level nine to level five in five amazing seasons. They are one of the few truly amateur teams still playing at this level.

The Academy

The academy section of TringRugby club is for our U17's and colts players, both sections play competitive matches in the Herts/Middx leagues as well as in county and national cup competitions. Within our lead coaching team are level 3 qualified coaches that include ex Wasps and current TringRugby 1st team players.

The aim of the academy is to increase every players ability in a safe and structured environment whist preparing players for senior rugby.TringRugby senior section has 4 playing teams, so there is opportunity for academy players at all levels. The academy works with players to ensure they progress in a fun but challenging environment at junior and senior playing levels. Players who maybe studying at a local university or collage away from home are welcome to join us during term times.

In addition to training and playing, the academy has gym facilities and an active social calendar throughout the season including our annual tour.

Academy training is on a Thursday evening - 5:45pm until 7:30, matches are played on a Sunday.

Juniors

On the field, our boys will be playing their League Rugby in the Herts & Middx Leagues and the Herts County Cup. There will also be on-going friendly fixtures throughout the season. Please keep an eye on your email and the web in case of any last minute fixture changes.

Off the field there is a full TringRugby social calendar which ALL you parents AND squad members can enjoy and by attending will help to support YOUR club.
